Science Centre Trip

The whole school recently enjoyed a trip to Glasgow Science Centre. There were lots of smiling faces when the bus arrived to escort everyone to their destination. On arrival the children had time to explore all the different exhibits with the optical illusions creating lots of laughter and delight.

The planned activity for the day was a show inside the planetarium. This tied in well with the recent Solar System topic. It was fascinating to learn about all the different constellations in such an interactive and engaging setting.

Afterwards there was time again to explore more exhibits and revisit favourites. There certainly was a variety to choose from. At the end of our time there the bus returned everyone to school and after a fantastic day, each child headed home to their families.

After 2 years of being unable to enjoy trips like this, it really was a blessing and we are so thankful for the opportunity to go.
